Stable steel rolling, precision gear machining, sustainable automotive surface treatment and efficient aircraft component production may seem like separate manufacturing challenges. Yet they all raise the same question: how can manufacturers make their processes more stable, efficient and environmentally responsible?
Industrial process fluids play an important role in answering that question.
Recently, KERUN participated in four major industry events: the National Cold Rolling Production Technology Exchange Conference, the 4th Intelligent Machining Conference 2026, the Automotive Painting Summit, and the 2026 Forum on Efficient Aircraft Manufacturing and Component Machining.
Together, these events covered multiple stages of the manufacturing chain—from material production and component machining to automotive surface treatment and aerospace manufacturing. Through technical discussions with customers and industry partners, KERUN continued to explore how products and application support can respond to the needs of different manufacturing processes.
At the National Cold Rolling Production Technology Exchange Conference in Xiangyang, KERUN presented its lubrication solutions for cold rolling and strip processing.
The KERUN team exchanged ideas with representatives from China Baowu Steel Group, Shougang Group, Shagang Group and other industry participants.
Steel rolling places demanding requirements on the lubricity, cooling performance, stability and cleanliness of process fluids. Discussions at the event focused on practical needs such as stable production, consistent product quality and more sustainable manufacturing.
By staying close to steel production sites, KERUN continues to develop rolling fluid solutions for a wider range of operating conditions and process requirements.

KERUN participated as a supporting organizer at the 4th Intelligent Machining Conference 2026 in Ningbo.
During the main conference, Mr. Fu Xiao, Senior Technical Specialist for KERUN’s metalworking product line, delivered a technical presentation on the development of greener metalworking fluids and the changing requirements of precision machining.
KERUN also chaired the grinding session, where participants discussed technology trends and application practices in grinding, precision gear machining and related processes.
Machining fluids directly affect dimensional accuracy, surface quality and production efficiency. As industries such as electric vehicles, high-end equipment and precision gears place increasingly demanding requirements on component manufacturing, KERUN continues to provide application-focused support across cutting, grinding, forming and protection processes.

At the Automotive Painting Summit in Nanjing, KERUN presented phosphate-free pretreatment solutions for complete vehicles and automotive components.
The KERUN team discussed phosphate-free pretreatment, sustainable surface treatment and changing production requirements with automotive manufacturers and industry partners.
As the automotive industry moves toward lower-impact and higher-quality manufacturing, surface treatment has become increasingly important for both product performance and process compliance.
KERUN continues to support the evaluation and application of phosphate-free pretreatment solutions across a broader range of automotive manufacturing scenarios.

At the 2026 Forum on Efficient Aircraft Manufacturing and Component Machining in Xi’an, KERUN presented metalworking fluid solutions for aerospace and defense manufacturing.
Aerospace production involves specialized materials, strict quality standards and complex machining conditions. These factors place higher demands on the lubricity, cooling performance, corrosion protection, stability and process compatibility of metalworking fluids.
During the forum, the KERUN team met with companies across the aerospace supply chain to better understand their requirements in demanding machining applications. These discussions also reflected KERUN’s experience in developing and supporting specialized process fluids for high-end manufacturing.

The four events represented different stages and applications within modern manufacturing:
Although the industries, processes and operating conditions differ, they share a common need for professional, stable and application-specific industrial fluid solutions.
As a nationally recognized Specialized and Innovative “Little Giant” enterprise in China and a provider of green industrial process fluid solutions, KERUN continues to strengthen its product development, technical service and application capabilities across the steel, automotive, aerospace and high-end equipment industries.
By connecting technology with real manufacturing needs, KERUN supports customers across more stages of the production process.
